Barbara is amazing!! We wanted to plan a simple ceremony with just the 2 of us back in April. Barbara helped me along to easily make plans but once Covid hit we had to reschedule, three times.

Despite not letting me even leave any deposit in case we had to cancel again she continued to let us pick a day, answered my many many questions, and sent me information on Dare county so we could try to keep planning a trip from OH.

We finally made it down last week and it was great to meet Barbara. The ceremony was exactly what we wanted. Perfect day!
