Reverend Barbara Mulford was absolutely great!

The way she incorporated little things about the ocean and the history of the Outer Banks into our ceremony was perfect! We have always loved the beach, but it will for sure hold a special place in our hearts forever…We could not have asked for a better officiant to start this new journey together!
