Officiant Packages

All wedding plans include the following services:

• Unlimited Face-to-Face planning meetings on the Outer Banks
• Prompt responses to all emails and telephone calls
• My ministerial services of officiating your wedding ceremony
• My travel time and expenses to and from the ceremony (*unless the ceremony site is in the extended area of service – see below for additional fees)
• Prompt filing of your marriage license with the appropriate Register of Deeds.

OBX Celebration Package

This plan will fit a wedding of any size. You can write your own vows, we can create them together, or I can do it all for you. I can provide you many examples of vows and appropriate ceremony readings for you to choose from. Together we can plan your ideal wedding ceremony and include any of the additional ceremonial components, such as the ever-popular Sand Ceremony (Dove Ceremony is an additional fee), and a beautifully bound copy of your ceremony as your keepsake.
A deposit of $162.50 to secure your date and the balance of $162.50 is due by the day of the ceremony.

OBX Celebration PLUS Package

This plan includes all the services of the OBX Celebration Package in addition to your wedding rehearsal. A wedding rehearsal is a time honored tradition. It allows all involved in the wedding party to run through the process a few times so they are less nervous during the ceremony. I can make sure that everyone knows who to follow in the procession, where to stand, when to speak, and how to exit to make sure that everything flows effortlessly on the day of your ceremony.
A deposit of $250 to secure your date and the balance of $250 is due by the day of the rehearsal.

Elopement Package

If you’re in a hurry, just want to run away, or just want to keep it simple. A ceremony for just the two of you and, of course, the required two witnesses. Starting at $195.

Vow Renewal Package:

Have you been married for years and still happy? Have you rediscovered your love for each other? Have you passed a certain milestone? It sounds like it’s time for a vow renewal ceremony. Vow renewals are precious at any time and I can help you create a ceremony that will reflect your personalities and enduring love for one another.
Starting at $195.

All packages include my travel expenses to the rehearsal and ceremony site if it is located between Nags Head (Oregon Inlet Bridge) to the south, Duck to the north, and Grandy to the west.
If your ceremony is in Corolla please add a $50 travel fee, and all other areas in Dare and Currituck Counties please add a $100 travel fee. For travel fees to these areas for a rehearsal please contact me for rates.
